FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept both Visa and MasterCard. In addition, you can mail us a check or money order, U.S. residents only. Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until 10 business days after receipt of the check. Please note there is a $25 service charge for personal checks returned for NSF. Sorry, no C.O.D. or purchase orders.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship to the contiguous United States using UPS Ground. Orders to Alaska , Hawaii , U.S. Territories and Military Addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
If you are an international customer and are interested in purchasing our products, please e-mail us and we will provide the contact information of an authorized distributor in your country if available.
Orders are shipped from our Portland, OR warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for your shipment to be processed and shipped. If your order is shipped by UPS, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail message from UPS with tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 5 business days of placing your order, please e-mail us so we can verify your order has been received and is being processed. If you wish to receive your order faster, we also offer UPS 2nd Day service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We want you to be pleased with everything you buy from our website. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you not completely satisfied with our products. You can e-mail our Customer Service Department, or call for assistance at (800) 473-0785 . Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt to receive a full product refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
